This document sets out the terms and conditions that apply when you take part in one of our offers, competitions, or prize draws.  

Our competitions are run by Four Corners Property Management Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 16836083), trading as Four Corners, with registered office at 1st Floor, 55 Strand, London, WC2N 5LR.

£500 Rent Rebate Offer 

This offer is available on selected homes in selected neighbourhoods only, subject to availability. 

1.  To qualify, you must sign a tenancy agreement on or before 30 September 2026. 

2.  Eligible residents will receive a total rent rebate of £500, applied against the rent payable for the first three months of their tenancy. 

3.  The full contractual rent stated in the tenancy agreement will remain payable in full for months one, two, and three of the tenancy. 

4.  Provided you've paid the rent due in full and on time for the first three months of the tenancy, the £500 rebate will be applied as a credit against the rent due for the fourth month of the tenancy. 

5.  If the rent due for the fourth month is less than £500, any remaining balance will be applied to the next month's rent. No cash payment will be made. 

6.  The offer applies to new tenancies only, and isn't available to existing residents renewing or extending a tenancy. 

7.  The offer can't be used in conjunction with any other promotion, incentive, or discount, unless expressly agreed in writing by us. 

8.  The offer is non-transferable, and there's no cash alternative. 

9.  If the tenancy does not commence, is cancelled before move-in, or is terminated before the tenancy start date, the offer will be withdrawn. 

10.  If you fall into rent arrears during the first three months of the tenancy, we reserve the right to withdraw the rebate. 

11.  We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time prior to a tenancy agreement being signed. 

12.  By signing a tenancy agreement, you're deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

Refer a Friend Offer 

This offer is available to current Four Corners residents who refer someone to us. It's open to residents aged 18 or over, and is subject to availability. 

By taking part, you consent to us processing your personal data, and the data of the person you refer, for the purposes of this offer, in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Notice for more details. 

1. To qualify, the person you refer must mention your name when they apply for a Four Corners home. 
2. The person you refer must be a new applicant; they must not be a current resident. 
3. You'll receive a £100 shopping voucher once the person you refer has passed our verification checks and moved into their new home. 
4. We'll aim to issue your voucher within 28 days of move-in. 
5. This offer applies to new tenancies only. 
6. There's no limit to how many people you can refer, provided each referral results in a successful, verified move-in. 
7. The voucher can't be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. 
8. If the referred person doesn't move in, or cancels before move-in, the referral won't qualify. 
9. Employees of Four Corners, and their immediate family or household, aren't eligible to take part. 
10. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time. 
11. By referring someone to us, you're deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

Survey Prize Draw 

Each month, we run a prize draw for residents who complete our surveys, including our move-in survey and quarterly check-in survey. Eligible residents will receive a survey link by email, and it's open to current Four Corners residents aged 18 or over. 

By entering, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes of the Prize Draw, in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Notice for more details. 

1. To be entered, the person must submit a complete response to the relevant survey they have received. 
2. Only one entry per person, per survey, will be accepted. 
3. Each month, we'll randomly select one winner from all valid entries to receive a £50 shopping voucher. 
4. Our decision as to the winner is final. 
5. We'll contact the winner using the details provided in their survey response. 
6. If we can't reach the winner within 7 days, we may select an alternative winner. 
7. The voucher can't be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. 
8. Employees of Four Corners, and their immediate family or household, aren't eligible to take part. 
9. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this Prize Draw at any time. 
10. By submitting a survey response, the person is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
